EUROPEAN SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (H/F) / ENVIRONMENTAL SECTOR Permanent Contract - Compensation : 65/75 k€ fix/year + bonus - Location : Switzerland, France or Germany (to be determined according to profile selected)

PEOPLEXPERT (www.peoplexpert.fr) recruits for the new subsidiary, which specializes in the design of innovative sensors for the treatment of water, one of its prestigious partners, from large international group of environmental sector.

Through the deployment of this new activity especially followed by the central group, you come in close collaboration with the CEO and VP Sales & Marketing on the development of business and creating the marketing plan involved. You identify prospects and principals that are most relevant in Europe, and develop strong relationships with them to achieve the realization of our projects. More specifically, you establish an initial action plan targeted to "municipal markets" in determining the priority geographical areas, opportunities and potential customers to solicit. You build a map of the main competitors in Europe as well as tariffs practiced. You put up the promotional match by including all the necessary events (exhibitions, seminars, meeting customers, press ...). You establish a second plan of action targeted this time to "industrial markets". You identify the possible applications of our products in these sectors, taking into account the specific market opportunities and options. You detect trends that might be made to achieve real differentiation in terms of product and services. You build a map of major competitors and fares on Europe, and set up the promotional match.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or equivalent (all files will be studied), you ideally have experience of launching new technology products into new markets. You know the instrumentation related to the gas sector or water to be sold for at least 3 years of solutions to end users. You speak fluent English and ideally German or French. You have a very dynamic character, are motivated and enthusiastic and like to travel (high mobility required). Job location profile selected by several possibilities (northern France, southern Germany, Switzerland ... but still near an international airport).
